Abstract

Today, we are living in the advanced era of the digital age whereby digital technologies change and disrupt everything from the way we produce, consume, and communicate with each other. Due to a global phenomenon, companies undergo significant change in organization and leadership. The author will outline the concept of E-Commerce and E-Business via Digital Transformation (DT). The primary goal of this paper is to analyze the effects of E-Commerce and E-Business on the DT enterprise in Lebanon using a qualitative research method with 10 small business owners in a private sector. This study concludes that it is difficult to realign the company because there needs to be restructuring of the company's culture and business process of organization (Veselovsky, M.Y., Izamailova, M.A., Yunusov, L.A., Yunusov, I. A., 2019). Nevertheless, the E-commerce and E-Business market in Lebanon will flourish in the coming years suggesting that it will be a collaborative process.
