Abstract

OBJECTIVE: A laser is used to remove a cell for preimplantation genetic screening (PGS). The laser uses intense heat and this heat might disrupt embryo development. Therefore, it is the goal of this study to test the effects of different laser wavelengths (and consequently heat) on the biopsy procedure and embryo development.
