Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of Christian integrative art therapy on the spiritual and psychological well-beings in normal adults. This study adopted the one group pre-post test design. Data collection were from Dec. 1 to 19, 2012. Eighty-five normal adults in J Cities. The art therapy was consisted of 10 minute reading juvenile art book(Burpo, 2012) on death and eternal life in heaven and 30 minutes free-hand drawing of the images on the heaven. The spiritual well-being was significantly increased and anxiety was significantly decreased after the therapy. There were significant negative correlation between the spiritual well-being and anxiety after therapy.
