Abstract

This study examines the reporting of a corporation's human resource by means of supplementary behavioural indicators. Five socio-psychological variables are selected and these form the basis for a proposed Human Resource Indicators report. The report was experimentally tested using Canadian financial analysts who were asked to make an investment decision. The experiment indicated that the analysts were receptive to this information as shown by their willingness to utilize it in the investment decision situation.
