Abstract

An evaluation of a Resident Deputy Program was conducted to determine the program’s impact on residents’ perception and attitudes regarding the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. A per- and post-intervention survey was, conducted using a random selection of the target population. The results indicate that the program led to more positive perceptions and attitudes.
