Abstract

Statement of the problem. The analysis of the effectiveness of the use of self-healing mixtures in cracking in operated concrete structures is carried out. Results. Various methods of restoration of exploited concrete structures during the cracking period are considered. An analysis of the physical and chemical properties of existing self-healing mixtures suitable for autonomous restoration of concrete products is presented. The study formulates the conditions under which the repair process of concrete structures is possible in autonomous conditions when using such compositions. Conclusions. The results of the study allow us to conclude that self-healing mixtures have an advantage over traditional methods of repairing concrete structures in the autonomy of the process. At the same time, the results obtained suggest that such mixtures have many conditions for their effective operation, which significantly limits the possibilities of their application in general practice.
