A quasiexperimental study design was used. Total sampling was the method used. A total of 165 respondents took part in this study. Paired t test was used to analyze data. With a P = 0.001 (≤0.05) value for data analysis on teenage knowledge, attitudes, and actions, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in respondents’ knowledge, attitudes, and actions before and after the intervention. The study has proven that the MESH–TEEN application improves teenage knowledge, attitudes, and actions about menstrual health management.
