Abstract
The object of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic management of human resources management under the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school principals. The essence of this study is the importance of electronic management in the management of educational institutions, especially in schools and universities, by controlling the existing knowledge, which made it an easy process with lower cost, and the need to keep pace with changes in the work environment, and harmony with the requirements of the times, and emergency situations such as the Corona pandemic. To achieve the objectives of the research, a semi-open individual interview was used, which included 5 main questions, and was applied to a sample of (4) school principals in Jerusalem - Palestine for the academic year 2020/2021. The results of the research showed that all the principals agreed that the training courses had a positive role on the performance of teachers during Covid 19, and they all emphasized that the shortage of infrastructure and lack of student discipline in E- learning were the most important problems that hindered electronic management and focused on making e-learning a part of It is an integral part of the educational process, and they all agreed on poor academic achievement during the pandemic. The results highlighted the effectiveness of electronic management in human resource management in schools, which depends on the availability of an appropriate infrastructure and teachers prepared and trained to advance the educational process. The recommendations are creating the administrative information systems available in the institution to apply electronic management of human resources and allocate a part from the school budget to work on improving the existing infrastructure in the school, organizing Training courses needed for teachers regarding electronic management to improve performance processes.
