Abstract To determine whether exercises designed to promote group cohe-siveness had any effect compared to systematic human relations training for preservice teachers, four measures (i.e., Empathic Responding Test, two semantic differentials—Myself as Teacher and Ideal Teacher, and the Rotter Internal Locus of Control test) were pre- and posttested on two groups.
