Abstract
Objective The effect valuation of implementing family visit nursing to the somatization disorder patients in the community.Methods Totaled of 42 community somatization disorder patients were selected as the research objects.The team of the attending physicians and the nurses called the family visit nursing team visited the somatization disorder patients from April 2010 to April 2011 once a month lasting one year..The self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and the SF-36 scale were used to evaluate the community somatization disorder patients'mood and life quality.Results After 12 months,the scores of the patients'SAS and SDS reduced,the score of the SF-36 score was improved.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Family visit nursing can improve the community somatization disorder patients'mood and the life quality Key words: Family visit nursing; Community; Somatization disorder; Mood ; Life quality
