Abstract
The effects of 1200 r of x radiation on nuclear histone and DNA content of Ehrlich tumor cells exposed in vivo were determined by a cytochemical method involving differential staining. Data are presented on the histone and DNA content for irradiated and nonirradiated premitotic tetraploid cells as compared with the histone and DNA content of diploid cells. (C.H.)
