Abstract

An experimental study was carried out concerning the effect of the degree of wetness of the concrete interface on the bond strength. Different interface agents were first selected after cutting and treating the precast concrete, and new epoxy mortar was added to form concrete repair specimens after 24 hours. Different matrix moisture contents were set, and the bond strength under bending was evaluated by bending resistance test under different curing ages. The analysis of the results showed that the substrate moisture content affected the bond strength of the interface, and the bond strength was higher at 0% to 50% moisture content. The epoxy interface agent was selected to improve the durability of the concrete effectively.
