Abstract

Some features of the effect of calcium, barium, and lanthanum cations and also silicate and phosphate ions on structure formation in nanodimensional zirconium dioxide were studied. It was shown that the introduction of calcium and silicate ions furthers stabilization of the tetragonal phase and the nanodimensional particles of zirconium dioxide at temperatures up to 500-1000 °C.
