Abstract
The aim of this article is studying the effect of financial and non-financial factors on the company's dividend operation listed on the Stock Exchange of Tehran. In this regard, 2 main hypotheses and 3 secondary hypotheses were developed to explain the impact of the financial and non-financial factors on dividend operation. Therefore, the data related to companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2009 to 2013 were collected. Panel data regression model was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between dividend operation and financial factors and between non-financial factors and dividend operation.
