Abstract
Given the importance of the banking industry in the economic development of the country and prominent role of formidable human resources in its success and the impact of TQM on this, the aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of eight quality management of organizational agility in the Iran Insurance Office of Shiraz city. In terms of research method this is a correlation research. The target population were included insurance staff of Shiraz city, and 237 persons were selected through stratified random sampling. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire of quality management and inventory of organizational agility. to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. According to the results of the correlation analysis components such as top management support and leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, employee empowerment and teamwork, measurement and quality analysis, quality insurance and improving quality and efficiency outcomes have a positive and significant relationship with organizational agility.
