Abstract

The method used in teaching the scheduled study materials do not seek to activate the role of the studentin the academic stages and give her a positive character in addressing and facing educational problems thatshe encounters in her working life - including the effectiveness of pushing the weight, as the progress inthe educational process requires the teacher to choose the best method to develop the effectiveness Whatis required is that teaching method have a major role in developing the skill level of learners. The moredeveloped the teaching method used, the better the learning process and the greater the opportunity toadvance the skill performance.As for the objectives of the research, they are to identify the effect of the marital comparison method indeveloping the most important motor abilities and learning the technical performance of the effectivenessof pushing the weight of the students, as well as identifying the significance of the differences betweenthe two research groups (control and experimental) in the results of the post tests in developing the mostimportant motor abilities and learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of push Shot putting forfemale students. As for the research hypotheses, there are significant differences with statistical significancebetween the results of the pre and posttests in developing the most important motor abilities and learningthe technical performance of the effectiveness of pushing the weight of the students, as well as the presenceof significant differences with statistical significance in the results of the posttests between the two researchgroups (control and experimental) in developing the most important abilities Kinetics and learning thetechnical performance of the students ’effective push.
