Abstract

The effect of temperature on complexes obtained between triphenylsilanol and some pyridine N-oxide derivatives was investigated. It was concluded that the temperature and the strength of the H-bond affect the modifications undergone by ν(OH). The relationship between temperature effects and reagent pK a was investigated.
