Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate that taping therapy would be more helpful than medication in reduction of a menstrual pain. Sixty eight participated was 20 to 25 years. All subjects were randomly assigned to a taping group(n=35) and a medication group(n=33). The subjects were questioned in the Menstrual Distress Questionnaire(MDQ) for menstrual pain. The taping group had taping applied and changes in MDQ were measured 1 hour, 4 hours, and 24 hours after. The medication group was given 1 dose of Tylenol and observed 24 hours.
