Abstract

The aim of the research is to reveal the size of the effect of some teaching methods on the memorization skills of the students of the Institute of Fine Arts. The apparent and the constructivist were resolved by the internal consistency index, and the stability was estimated by the Alpha-Cronbach equation, which amounted to 0 and 89. The method of cooperative education was determined as a basic method and the other methods were traditional to be the two ends of the comparison. A questionnaire application that asked a sample of Arabic language teachers at the Institute to renew the most used method was The method of cooperative education is the most common method, and the memorization skills scale was applied to a sample of students who study in the cooperative education method and the traditional methods as a main sample and the size of the sample is 112 students. 1- The arithmetic mean of the students of the cooperative education method was greater than the average of the traditional methods 2- The difference was significant between the two arithmetic averages, and in favor of the cooperative education method, the null hypothesis was rejected 3- The size of the effect of the cooperative education method was 96g, which is high The researcher made several recommendations, including: 1- Re-drafting the vocabulary of the content of the Arabic language curriculum according to the requirements of applying the method of cooperative education and according to the study skills 2- Organizing training workshops on developing memorization skills for teachers, especially those with recent professional experience It suggested developmental and complementary research to the current research Keywords: impact, teaching, Arabic language, memorization, institutes of fine arts
