Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is to elucidate the effect of the amount of NH4-N applied (30, 61, 122, 406 and 1016 ppm) on the nitrification process of a chernozem soil at 5 levels of bulk density (between 1.15 and 1.67 g · cm−3). The experiments were performed at two moisture contents: − 15 and 26 per cent.
