Abstract

NH4F, Na2SnF6, and TiF 4 were applied to human molars before in vitro lesion formation. Polarized light microscopy was used to evaluate the lesions formed; it showed that only the TiF4 treatment resulted in a reduction in lesion size when compared to APF test halves.
