Abstract

THERE SEEMS to be a general dislike the term and I can imagine that it exists because no one is ever quite certain whether it indicates personnel management of or by the administration. Certainly an interlocked arrangement does exist, but a discussion that must be held within prescribed bounds can be directed at only one or two phases the total problem. We have chosen to report on the turnover quotient in the ranks graduate staff nurses and the effect salary structure changes on this turnover quotient. We offer the material and conclusions
