Abstract

Des crevettes Palaemon elegans Rathke, 1837, ont grandi en laboratoire, soumises a quatre regimes a 35% de proteine provenant de differentes sources: chair de crevette, farine de soja, broyat de Glycimeris seche, et melange egal des trois. Les observations ont porte sur la survie, la croissance a la mue, la periode d'intermue et la consommation de nourriture. La survie a ete de 100% sous tous les regimes. Les crevettes et les melanges ont produit de plus courts intermues et de plus grands accroissements que les autres regimes. La croissance globale etait, dans l'ordre: crevettes > melange > soja = Glycimeris. La croissance la plus forte, sous le regime crevettes, correspondait a la consommation de nourriture la plus elevee et la meilleure efficacite alimentaire, 31 %, au regime mixte.
