Abstract

THIS paper is written from the viewpoint of an employment manager. The employment manager should be interested not only in securing efficient employees, but also in following up their work to bring them to a high state of production on the one hand and to a high degree of morale on the other. It is from such an angle that the writer has attempted to discuss the effects of prohibition on industry.
