Abstract

본 저자는 민간경비회사에서 제직하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 하여, 긍정심리자본이 민간경비원의 직무만족 및 민간경비원의 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향으로 분석되는지를 검증하였다. 또한, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 긍정심리자본이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향의 메커니즘과 이를 통한 민간경비원의 행위에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 특성적인 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 SPSS 20.0 및 AMOS 20.0 통계 프로그램으로 구조방정식 모형에 의거하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 검증결과 첫째, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본이 높으면 직무만족이 높아진다는 것이다. 둘째, 직무만족이 높은 민간경비원은 주민을 향한 조직시민행동의 활동이 높아진다는 것이다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본이 높으면 조직시민행동이 향상 되어 진다는 것이다. 넷째, 매개효과를 살펴보면, 민간경비원의 긍정심자본의 하위요인 중에서 희망 → 직무만족 →조직시민행동의 매개효과가 부분적으로 유무의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 검증을 통해 국내 민간경비원의 인적자원 방안의 필요성을 인지시켜 주는 계기가 되었으며, 이러한 결과로 민간경비원의 인적관리를 위한 효과적인 개선방안과 향후 연구에 대한 발전에 대한 시사점을 얻었다.This author targets private security guards employed by private security companies. In addition, it was verified how the positive psychological capital was analyzed for the job satisfaction of private security guards and the organizational citizenship behavior of private security guards. The mediating effect of job satisfaction was verified in the relationship between the positive psychological capital of private security guards on the organizational citizenship behavior.Through this, we tried to understand the mechanism of the influence of positive psychological capital on organized citizenship behavior and the characteristic factors that can affect the behavior of private security guards through this. For empirical analysis, path analysis was performed based on the structural equation model with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical programs.As a result of the verification, first, if the positive psychological capital of private security guards is high, job satisfaction increases.Second, private security guards with high job satisfaction increase the activities of organized civic behavior toward residents.Third, when the positive psychological capital of private security guards is high, organized citizenship behavior is improved.Fourth, looking at the mediating effect, it was confirmed that the mediating effect of hope → job satisfaction → organized civic behavior among the sub-factors of positive capital of private security guards was partially present.
