Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing on pressure ulcer in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture pressure.Methods Sixty cases of femoral neck fracture operation patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional postoperative care,the observation group was given preventive care on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with pressure sore incidence,nursing ability of family members for pressure ulcer,activity time,the function of hip joint nursing quality and satisfaction.Results The occurrence rate and severity of pressure ulcer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the rate of hip function fine,the satisfaction degree of nursing quality,care ability of families on pressure ulcer were significantly better than those in the control group (Pall < 0.05).Conclusions Preventive care can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers in elderly femoral fracture,promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
