Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on patients with non -small cell lung cancer who received cryoa-blation therapy .Methods From April 2012 to April 2013 , 186 cases of non -small cell lung cancer patients who received cryoablation treatment in our hospital were selected as objects .The 93 patients treated at first half year were as control group , they accepted routine care , the other 93 patients at second half year were as observation group , they accepted predictive nursing care on the base of routine care.Statistics and analysis of the incidence of postoperative complications , improvement of life quality 1 month after discharged , and patients satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the incidence of fever (10.8%VS3.2%) and pneumothorax (9.7%VS2.2%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Observation group were significantly higher than the control group in physical function ( 54.12 ±4.77 VS52.68 ±4.51 ) , mental function ( 55.68 ± 4.88VS52.92 ±4.95) and social function scores (52.87 ±14.93VS49.21 ±15.16), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05 );there was no significant difference in the material life scores between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) .The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group and control group were 93.5%, 83.9%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Predictive nursing can reduce the complication incidences and improve the life quality and patient satisfaction rates . It is a scientific and effective way of care , worthy of clinical reference. Key words: Non small cell lung cancer; Cryoablation therapy; Predictive nursing; Complication
