Abstract

The correlation between ionic association and matrix structures has been studied by using FT‐Raman spectroscopy in three different network polymer electrolytes; poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), polypropylene oxide) (PPO), and poly[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxyethyl glycidyl ether)] (PMEEGE), all complexed with . The molar ratios of free anions to total anions for each network polymer have been estimated. The observed differences in the ionic association for the three network polymers may come from the differences in ion‐coordination abilities of the matrix polymers.
