Abstract

Objective To study the effect of nursing management on the complication rate and prognosis of patients with hepatic cyst and renal cyst under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods 100 patients with hepatic cyst and renal cyst were treated by ultrasound-guided interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019. They were divided into the control group and the observation group with the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received perioperative nursing management. The curative effect, the level of psychological stress, and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the clearance rate of the cysts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (96.00% vs.84.00%) (P<0.05). The level of psychological stress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(31.26±0.69) vs.(38.57±1.54)] (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (10.00% vs.26.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing management for patients with hepatic cyst and renal cyst under the guidance of ultrasound can improve the clearance rate of the cysts, relieve the psychological stress of the patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
