Abstract

The effect of palladium introduction into SO4/ZrO2 catalysts on their textural and acidic properties, phase composition and catalytic performance in isomerization of n-hexane was studied. It was shown that Pd/SO4/ZrO2−Al2O3 catalysts are highly active and selective toward the formation of mono- and dimethylsubstituted isomers of hexane. The effect of palladium introduction into SO4/ZrO2 catalysts on their textural and acidic properties, phase composition and catalytic performance in isomerization of n-hexane was studied.
