Abstract

This research aims to describe Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Teacher Performance in “St. Albertus High School’ Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation at “St. Albert's High School” Malang, analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at “SMAK St. Albertus” Malang, analyzing the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in “St. Albertus Malang”, analyzing the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance through work motivation as an Intervening variable in “St. Albertus Malang Senior High School”. Materials and Methods: The number of respondents in this research were 78 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Results:The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on work motivation, which means the work culture and discipline of teachers will foster motivation from each teacher, organizational culture and work discipline do not have an influence on teacher performance, which means that organizational culture which is already good and the discipline of the teachers does not improve performance but the teachers maintain good work results, work motivation has an influence on teacher performance which means that high motivation can improve performance. And also, there is the influence of Organizational Culture, work discipline on performance teachers through work motivation which means good culture and discipline of each employee will improve the performance of each employee through the motivation of each employee.
