Abstract

A physical model describing variations of the Curie-Weiss temperature of an antiferroelectric lead zirconate (PbZrO3) film under neutron irradiation is proposed. According to this model, a relative change in the Curie-Weiss temperature is proportional to the square of the total neutron dose. Theoretical estimates are in good agreement with experimental data.
