Introduction: A clinical study was conducted in children to test whether topical moxifloxacin therapy for bacterial conjunctivitis changed the fluoroquinolone (FQ) susceptibility of bacteria in eyes (E), on the cheeks (C), in the nares (N), and in the throat (T).
