Abstract

A problem of micropolar thermoelastic medium with two temperatures under the effect of mechanical strip load and the magnetic field is investigated. Calculations are performed in the framework of four different theories (3PHL, G-N II, G-N III, L-S). The medium under consideration is assumed to be homogeneous, isotropic and corresponds to an isothermal boundary. The harmonic waves are a resort for solutions to the physical quantities. The numerical results are presented and are illustrated graphically for different values of rotation. Some special cases for effect of continuous load and impact load have also been deduced from the present investigation.
