The Effect of Match Between Capability and Strategy on Logistics Companies' Performance

Abstract

This study focus on the influence mechanism of logistics capability, supply chain management strategy and enterprise performance. Data was collected from empirical researches of 74 logistics enterprises, and was analyzed with quantitative research method. The results shows that: there are evident positive correlations between logistics capability, service performance, and financial performance of Logistics Corporation. And there is also significant moderating effect of supply chain management strategy on the relationships between logistics capability and service performance, as well as logistics capability and financial performance.
