Abstract

<p>研究目的:使用Core-Tex動態核心訓練器做為不穩定平台,並搭配燈光反應系統,以獨立步及踢擊動作為指定訓練動作,訓練跆拳道品勢運動員的下肢核心肌力,並探討跆拳道品勢運動員在訓練前後的平衡能力、爆發力及柔軟度的成效。方法:參與訓練的運動員共有跆拳道品勢黑帶以上的男性運動員8名及女性運動員7名,合計15名的研究對象。運動員於每次訓練前,皆需先進行暖身動作後,再進行指定的下肢核心肌力訓練的項目。訓練期間總共一個半月,每週訓練3天,每天訓練3次。下肢核心肌力訓練的項目為左右腳在Core-Tex動態核心訓練器上進行變換獨立步及側踢停止姿勢,每次各15秒,前踢、側踢及高麗型側踢動作則各10次。同時在訓練期開始前及結束後,分別進行平衡能力、爆發力及柔軟度的前測及後測。將兩次測驗收集到的數據,以SPSS 23版 for Windows之套裝軟體進行T-test檢驗分析法計算平均數±標準差,顯著水準定為α = .05。結果:在訓練後,所有運動員,不分男性與女性的平衡能力、爆發力和柔軟度皆有增加。結論:利用Core-Tex動態核心訓練器搭配燈光反應系統訓練,對跆拳道品勢運動員的平衡能力、爆發力及柔軟度有影響,並且有助於提升跆拳道品勢運動員的下肢核心肌力。</p> <p> </p><p>Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the lower limb core strength training of the Poomsae athletes before and after unstable balance training, and is based on selected skills: Oreun Hakdari and sidekicks. The unstable platform is a Core-Tex reactive trainer combined with a Fitlight training system. Methods: Fifteen athletes, including eight male and seven female athletes with Taekwondo Poomsae black belt performed lower limb core strength training three days a week and three times a day. During the one and a half months of training, in each training session, the athletes performed warm-up exercises and lower limb core muscle strength training. The phrase core muscle strength training project of the lower limb is designed to do static poses for 15 seconds each and dynamic poses for 10 repetitions each time. The test data of balance, power, and flexibility before and after the training was collected, and SPSS was used for statistics. The significance level was set at α = .05. Results: After unstable balance training, all male and female athletes showed increased in balance, power, and flexibility. Conclusion: The use of a Core-Tex reactive trainer combined with a Fitlight training system increased the balance, power, and flexibility of Taekwondo Poomsae athletes. It helped improve the lower limb and core muscle strength.</p> <p> </p>
