Abstract
Abstract This study is to discuss the effect of longitudinal heat conduction on a rotary regenerative heat exchanger. An example in Ref. [5] is computed to compare the effect of longitudinal heat conduction. The solutions presented in this study are obtained from the method of numerical analysis as shown in Ref. [3].
