Abstract

The study aimed to prepare exercises for muscular balance (leg muscles) and some physiological variables (lactic acid in the blood) for football players aged (15-16) years for the football school in Babylon / Musayyib district, during which the researcher used (design for two equal groups) with the same test (tribal - after) due to its relevance and the nature of the problem and to achieve the research objectives. And after the research community identified the football players of the football school in the province of Babil / Musayyib district for football players and their ages (15-16) years for the sports season (2020-2021), and their number is (26) players, and after the sample of them was tested, it consisted of (20) players and intentionally dividing them for the purposes of the research experiment by (10) players in each of the two research groups (experimental and control). Following the completion of the testing process for the research variables for the two tests (pre and post), as well as the application of the research experiment, the following results were discovered: - When compared to the control group's exercises (for muscular balance - the muscles of the legs), the experimental group's exercises (for muscular balance - the muscles of the legs) were more developed for the players of the football school in Babylon / Al-Musayyab district for football at the ages of (15-16) years. - Focus and attention on measuring physiological variables (the concentration of lactic acid in the blood) during exercise performance for all age groups in order to determine the extent to which the players are affected during the training unit. - Football coaches should use appropriate exercises to help players improve their physical abilities.
