Abstract
In the recent years, the dynamic capability view has become topical in IS field to model the relationship between IT investments and company results. The paper try to propose the indirect impact mechanism of IT capability on firm performance from dynamic capability view, and test empirically the relationship of IT capability, dynamic capability and firm performance. Based on data from China, the research finds that IT capability impact firm performance via dynamic capability and IT capability impacts dynamic capability significantly, is the key antecedent of dynamic capability building. Some suggestions for the future study related to the IT business value research from dynamic capability view are also included in the last section.
