Abstract

Objective To study the effect of individual dietary nutrition education mode on nutrition and quality of life of the patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 1 000 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 500 cases in each group.The control group were given the regular nutrition health education model, while the observation group implemented individualized dietary nutrition education mode. The mastery for the nutrition-related knowledge, the quality of life, complication rates index of the patients with cognitive of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, there was statistical significance in terms of the differences of the nutrition status of the observation group(P<0.05). There was statistical significance in terms of the differences of the scores of the quality of life of the observation group compared with that before the implementation and that of the control group(P<0.05). The pass rate of the mastery for nutrition-related knowledge of the observation group was 95.20%, while the control group was 64.40%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 5.40%, and the control group was 15.60%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions During the treatment process for patients with chronic kidney disease, the implementation of individualized dietary nutrition education mode can reduce the incidence of malnutrition and improve the patients' dietary nutrition cognition, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications and so on.The overall effect was obvious, which is worth of clinical application.
