Abstract

The article examines the introduction of independent physical exercises into the lifestyle of students and the expediency of their implementation in the conditions of distance learning. The importance of various forms of independent classes during the period of study at the educational institution and their positive impact on the physical fitness of students is revealed. The obtained conclusions can be successfully used to improve the educational process. Physical education at NTU "KhPI" is considered as a means of social formation of a future specialist, as a process of active improvement of individual, personal and professional qualities of students, their physical self-improvement.
