Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of humane nursing on anxiety and satisfaction for patients with liver transplant sur -gery.Methods A total of 40 patients with liver transplantation surgery were included in the study , of which control group of 20 cases with routine care , and observation group of 20 cases with humane care .Anxiety before operation and satisfaction after it were compared between two groups.Results After nursing, in the observation group the SAS, SDS scores were (24.7 ±4.5) points , (13.1 ±5.6) points com-pared with the control group had significantly improved ( P〈0.05 ) , after the implementation of humane care measures , patient satisfaction in the observation group were 95.0 %, 100%, 95.0%and 100%, significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Con-clusions Humane care measures will help alleviate liver transplant patients negative emotions such as anxiety and depression , improve pa-tient satisfaction with care , in favor of the patient's surgery and postoperative recovery smoothly , and it is worthy of clinical application.
