Abstract

The problem of the research includes the process of learning to perform the formations of the individual and grouping fast break stages which is one of the important topics in handball, especially for students of the college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the third stage, and it is one of the difficult tasks that students suffer from, as it includes tactical exercises with mostly teamwork. The objectives of the research include the preparing and designing of hypermedia and tactical exercises for the fast break in handball for students, as well as identifying the effect of hypermedia and tactical exercises in the formations of the fast break of individual and grouping for students. As for the hypothesis of the research, it includes the positive effect of the overlapping hypermedia and the tactical exercises on the formations of the individual and grouping fast break in handball for students. The researchers use the experimental research by designing two equal groups (experimental and control) with a pre and post-test. As for the research sample, it consisted of (19) students who were selected in a simple random way, divided into two groups, an experimental group (10) and a control group (9). The homogeneity and equality of the two groups were confirmed. The formations of the fast break under study were determined as follows: individual fast break - grouping fast break (2v1) - grouping fast break (3v2) - grouping fast break (4v3). Hypermedia software is designed to be within the Internet (online) and special servers have been rented for this purpose, as well as preparing tactical exercises for developing break formations. Then the pre-measurement has carried out, the main experiment has conducted, and then the post-measurement has carried out. A set of conclusions has been reached after conducting a statistical analysis on the results, the most important of which is the following: The use of hypermedia has an effective effect in developing the performance of individuals and grouping fast break formations for students in handball. Also, the proposed tactical exercises effectively affected the development of the performance of the individual and grouping fast break formations for students in handball.
