It was determined that the HLBS-II mean score of the students was 128.22 ± 24.89. The FTND mean score was 2.64 ± 2.42. It was found that HLBS-II and the subscale mean score of smoking students was lower than those who did not smoke. Additionally, socio-demographic characteristics of the smoking students had an effect of 30.7% on the Fagerstrom Nicotine Dependence status.
