Abstract

Abstract In a free choice procedure, rats dependent on the opioid etonitazene prefer the drug solution to water. With simultaneous oral intake of haloperidol, the etonitazene consumption is reduced dose-dependently. The same phenomenon is observed after the partial destruction of catecholaminergic neurons by intraventricular administration of 6-hydroxydopamine.
