Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the hair salon reservation system and service quality on customer trust after COVID- 19, and to provide basic data necessary for the development and supplementation of the reservation system in the beauty market in the future. The effect of the reservation system on customer trust was high in reliability when convenience was received, and the higher the response, type, and reliability, the higher the reliability. The beauty service reservation system through contact with customers has become an essential means of anxiety about infection after COVID-19. In future studies, if research on satisfaction and dissatisfaction at the time of reservation by gender and age is continuously conducted and supplemented by regional expansion for generalization of research, it is thought to be a basic data for further development of the beauty industry by building customer trust.
