Abstract

With the increasing agricultural trade disputes with the developed countries, China's exports have more constrained by Green-trade barriers. The vegetables are the most effected agricultural products by the technical standards of residue (Chlorpyrifos MRL).The study estimated the impact levels of Green-trade barriers to China's vegetable export by using a gravity model panel data to be assessed through targeted 18 major countries and regions of China vegetable export in regression analyses. The results showed that the technical standards imposed by importing countries had both negative and positive effect on China's Vegetable export. It should decrease the quantities of export. It could also increase the export price and increase the export amount. Finally, gave conclusion and put forward policy implications.
