Abstract

This study experimentally tests a combination of thermal conductivity and viscosity characteristics for maximum heat transfer using therminol 55 Nanoplastic gallium phosphide (GaP). Recent studies have shown that Nanofluids have very good properties that make them viable in many heat transfer applications compared to base fluids. Gallium phosphide therminol 55 Nanofluid is synthesised at different concentrations by the diffusion of Gallium phosphide size Nano-particles (80 nm) in therminol 55 (0.1–0.3 per cent). Thermal conductivity and viscosity can be calculated with kd2 and Fenske Viscometer, respectively, at a particular temperature range. The experimental results demonstrated by the maximal measurement of the thermal conductivity increases the concentration of volumes and the viscosity. Finally, the theoretical models for the properties of Nanofluid to well-established H–C are built and the experimental and theoretical findings are separated. For various concentrations CFD and experimental analysis are performed.
