Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Environmental Performance and Company Size on Financial Performance. The independent variables in this study are environmental performance measured by PROPER and firm size measured using the natural logarithm of total assets. The population in this study is the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with an observation period of 5 years, 2016- 2020, using the sampling method, namely purposive sampling and the total sample obtained is 8 sample companies per year, 1 outlier sample, so the total sample obtained in this study was 39 samples. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance has a significant positive effect on financial performance, company size does not have a significant effect on financial performance.
