Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze empirical evidence regarding the effect of employee engagement and work-life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Senora Putera Mandiri. The population in this study is a non-probability sampling type, namely saturated sampling (census), namely a sampling method in which all members of the population are used as samples. So that the sample used in this study amounted to 55 employees. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using path analysis and regression through first order confirmatory testing where measurements are only made through indicators which are then processed with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate the effect of employee engagement on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Senora Putera Mandiri has no effect and no significant results.
